Have you got anything to tell us that you think we should know. Whether we're interested or not, but telling us will make you feel better and we can all sleep better tonight knowing it? If so, this is the place to do it... A few people have asked me where I thought of the name for this here forum, 'Planet Comedy'. It's because I like a good laugh and am very keen on astronomy...  Only joking, balls to that astronomy b*llocks, although I do like a good laugh... I took the name from a scene in 'Phoenix Nights'. The episode where they had the comedy talent contest. The one where Jerry was being heckled by Stu - Pid. I have enclosed the scene in question and you can hear for yourelves.... It crops up about 1m 48secs in... BEAM DOWN TO PLANET COMEDY |

Interesting stuff. Okay then... here's one... you'll spot it from time to time: "Why do folk call me 'Chewie' when posting?" Okay... well, it's from my previous and current incarnations on other forums - known as 'Chewie' which is short for Chewbaxter... And that... we have to go back to when I worked in the Operating Theatre... the day Daryll started. We'd been to the same school and I'd known the lad for years... he called me "Chewbaxter" and when folk asked why, he said it was my nickname at school - first I'd heard of it (!) But anyroad... it's a play on 'Chewbacca' and me surname 'Baxter'... and as he's abbreviated to 'Chewie' then so have I been thusly shortened too! ;D I don't mind - I quite like it - big Star Wars fan anyhow, so it'll do me!  And now you know. N. P.S. DID YOU ALSO KNOW... I am left-handed, colourblind and can make a noise like a submarine when presented with an empty cup? ;D |

I have no idea if it is, if it's a real word, or even if I spelled it right, but that's what he had.
