NEW SERIES STARTS TONIGHT ON BBC1 - 7PM EPISODE 1 - Smith & Jones The doctor meets his new companion on a journey to the moon. I'll have to wait until tomorrow to watch this. I'm off tonight so I'll miss it. Anyone who does see it tonight, letus know if it's any good.

Not gonna get to see it for a while; Sci Fi Channel in the US will probably have it by June or July.
That said, the Canadian channel I can get these days apparently gets it before the US, so who knows. Can't wait though.

Watched the first episode last night on BBC3. It was a very good one I thought. Let's hope they stick to that sort of level. Tennant's really settling into the role as the Doctor now too.
Martha seems to have potential to be a good character too, although there are similarities to Rose's family background in it. It seems like they'll be doing the usual visiting her family every now and again.
I thought those rhino monster things were pretty cool!

I wonder if in next week's episode, Shakespeare walks into a bar and is told to get out because he's baird! ;D

and yes they did the above joke!, Is one of your shed's a TARDIS? I was quite shocked to see they actually used that joke. Maybe I'm turning into Clinton Baptiste... "Y'alright!" And, no, one of my sheds isn't a TARDIS!

I've found out that the Canadian channel I can get (CBC) will probably be showing season 3 before Sci Fi Channel does, and also that CBC will be showing Torchwood!
I've always liked Canada. ;D

I kept missing Torchwood when it was on. All I know is it is a spin-off series featuring Captain Jack. Apparantly, it was quite good.

I looked up Torchwood. Its looks really good. I wouldn't mind seeing it, if it's repeated again. Did you know canadiangirl that 'torchwood' is an anagram? (I know most people know of this)
