Walliams gets on my nerves, but when I first heard he was doing this, I thought, if anyone can carry this off...

And he did - at first, all the "Oof no... teetturr ye nott!" stuff seemed o.t.t. but then again so was Frankie, so ANY impersonation would be so... but as you watched he really carried it off - especially the 'rub me back' stuff which was seedy, sad yet funny all at the same time!

Wondered if the Bob Monkhouse 'Souvenir' bit might have been in it... or Cilla Black - but not... mind you, they got a lot into an hour of a show.

Great drama - glad to have seen it.
