Good grief - how've we missed doing a thread on him? Top feller - sent me a cracking email and some signed photos... plus he did a 'forward' for the local branch of the Alzheimer's Society I'm involved with - free of charge! Anyhow... his material's cracking (and also often recycled - "Guard Dogs Operate Here" joke? Jimmy were on of the first with that!) - none of it has expletives and is all 'family friendly' - and although I like my 'blue' stuff it's all good material. Recently I picked up a 'Live' vid. of his - absolutely top... plus he does some good stuff with 'props' too - like what? Example. (Corny this) He has a suitcase with his props in. Pulls a pillow out, puts it under yon thing. "I rest my case!" he says. Corny but great I reckon - my sort of material! Anyhow - that's my two pennorth on the fellow! N.

Not seen or heard of any JC for years. I'll have to listen that C.D. now and come back with some quotes....
As for the 'props' gags. I love anything daft like that. It's something Joe Pasquale does a lot of in his act.

One of my favourites off the 'unofficial' DVD... I had to go to the hospital the other day. I'd chopped off all my fingers. When I got there, the nurse said "You should've brought the fingers here, we could've sewn them back on..." I said "I couldn't pick them up!" ;D
