No probs! ;D Just watched "Rocky Balboa" too... some ruddy corny dialogue in it, and some overly sentimental stuff... but it's a good film and like a 'Rocky' film it does all the drama first then goes hell for leather wi' the fight bits - so I'm happy to have seen it, and I'll be having it when it's released proper. Good stuff! N. P.S. Want any plot details - go and watch it, I don't want to spoil it for ye!

Recently I've been watching Six Feet Under. Anyone else seen this? It's an American show made by HBO from 2001 - 2005. It's sort of a comedy, but more of a comedy drama. The principal characters are a dysfunctional family that run a funeral home. Each episode starts with a death, but the series doesn't usually deal with that per se, it's just in the background as the family have their dysfunctional adventures while preparing the funeral, etc. I agree not a typical concept for funny TV but it can definitely be amusing, and won tons of awards. HBO had season 1 and half of season 2 On Demand in December; before that I'd never heard of it. Bored one day with nothing good on the telly, I started watching it and got hooked. Now they've stopped it so I have to pick it up from partway through season 3 edited to balls on regular cable. If you're interested, click here.

You could put this in the 'Comedy Drama' section too if you like. There's not much in there at the moment.

Just watched a DVD that came out today: "The Wicker Man" (remake) Director's Cut! I still think it's a corker even though it got slated - and there are some different scenes in there too! AND - only a tenner from Asda, so I'm happy! N.

I've been watching descent. Not a bad film, but a really crappy ending.

Watched 'Superman IV' last neet - never seen it before!
What a difference it's made to my life(!)
What a pile of w*nk - everyone looks old, tired and bored, an "Gee" Jimmy Olsen - I mean, they were milking it having him still doing 'the kid' role - more like Jimmy feckin' Krankie!
Glad I got the BoxSet though, because 1, 2 & 3 are still top films, plus there's some good extras... but this cr*p and the dire insult to Christopher Reeve a.k.a. "Superman The Return" very nearly ruined it!

Yer missing FOOK ALL!
Return is terrible - and Kevin Spacey wants his head seeing for being in it - if he'd seen the 'script' first and still went for it, all I can say is the money will have been the only atraction.
Complete, utter and total sh*te - and that's flattering it!
