The last time I went to a hog roast was in 1997 in North Carolina. My Mom and I had gone there for her sister's 50th wedding anniversary. They served roast piggy and boy was it delicious. It looked a little like this picture I found.

Gosh just looking at that makes me hungry. Pulled pork sandwiches anyone?
