Hiya guys - sorry the party idea didn't go down too well! I thought everyone was having a fun, harmless time so I was surprised, to say the least, when you pulled the plug. NOTBBC can really be as stuffy and snooty as f*ck sometimes, and a few of us thought this might be a place where people weren't afraid to have a bloody good laugh. I guess we'll keep looking  I don't think Spielberg needed to apologise in the slightest about his comments! Can I ask a question on that, by the way? There's a bit of a disagreement about what the "tired after reading three posts" referred to, excatly - is it the way posts were written, or the forum navigation? To be honest, I was referring to the actual navigation side of the notbbc which I've since realised it's not that bad once you get used to it. I WAS out of order to slag it off just in order to promote this place. Obviously I'm used to this type of forum but rushed in just to get some new members, which wasn't in a begging manner (as referred to by someone on there) It was simply a cheap plug for here, nothing more. As to pulling the plug on your party. It was getting late, I was ready for bed and did not want to return here the next morning with a lot of work on my hands sorting out what could have been a ruined forum. It seems that wasn't the intention, but after reading the comments that followed on notbbc, I wasn't taking that chance. We have had trouble on here before, so we are always cautious in situations like this. Next time you want to throw a party, no problem, but please clean up after yourselves when you're done, thanks! Most people find the navigation on NOTBBC pretty doolally. It was a perfectly reasonable observation.
