We always used to do separate welcome threads for each new member, but half of them haven't got the decency to respond at all, so balls to 'em I say!  But for those of members who do decide to post, then we try and make 'em feel welcome.  |

I remember when I joined. ;D Kitten Kong practically held me at gunpoint to get me to post. Mind you I wasn't not posting due to being a miserable sod. I had what you might call extenuating circumstances. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.  |
