Not sure this is old enough to be considered a classic..... but watched it again last weekend, so thought it was about time it had a slot on here! It's one of those films I can watch over & over and know it to the point where I start laughing way before the joke My favourite character is Brick - played by Steve Carell. When he introduces himself at the start he's putting mayonaise in a toaster & says: I'm Brick Tamland. People seem to like me because I am polite and I am rarely late. I like to eat ice cream and I really enjoy a nice pair of slacks. Years later, a doctor will tell me that I have an I.Q. of 48 and I am what some people call mentally retarded. ;D I'm in a glass case of emotion!

Only Just seen...Found That I started Quoting from it Very Quickly...
[glow=red,2,300]Ron Burgundy: Brick, where did you get a hand grenade? Brick Tamland: I don't know. [/glow]
[glow=red,2,300]Veronica Corningstone: ...and that can be very distracting. Okay, so when we get to the pet shop... Brick Tamland: [while coughing] Cough. Look over here. [spoken] Brick Tamland: Excuse me, Veronica? Veronica Corningstone: Yes? What is it, Brick? Brick Tamland: I would like to extend to you an invitation to the pants party. Veronica Corningstone: Excuse me? Brick Tamland: [struggling] The... party. With the... with the pants. Party with pants? Veronica Corningstone: Brick, are you saying that there's a party in your pants and that I'm invited? Brick Tamland: That's it. Veronica Corningstone: Did Brian tell you to say this, Brick? Brick Tamland: No. Yes. He did. Veronica Corningstone: Okay. No. I don't want to go to a party in your pants. Brick Tamland: Very well. Ian, would you like to go to a party in my pants? Ian: No, Brick. Brick Tamland: All right. Let's go. [runs off, there is a sound of crashing off screen] Brick Tamland: It's all right. I'm all right. [/glow]

Sorry, I can't be doing with Will Ferrell. The sad thing is, he could be a good actor if he wasn't acting like such a...well...moron...all the time.
I've only managed to sit through two of his films - Talladega Nights, which is a NASCAR movie, and I'm a NASCAR fan, and the remake of Bewitched, though that was mostly for Nicole Kidman.
Granted two films he's in are two of my favourites (the first two Austin Powers films) but, like his appearance in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, cameos I can ignore.
