Well, as you can see, it was just over a month since our phone trouble started. Virgin still haven't sorted the phone line out. I rang them the other day and they told me it could be yet another 10 days before it is. Sod that for a game of soldiers!
Luckily now, we have found a similar deal with 'Sky', which I've organised to be set up within the next couple of weeks, so then I'll be glad to give Vigin the boot.
Hopefully Sky will give us a better service.
And, if Virgin approach me again in a shopping centre (which they do frequently), I will simply use a phrase that used to be well used by the late Bernard Manning....
