Just me being nosey... kind of a little game this so you can share with folk... and it can generate some interesting stuff - I thought it was about time I posted something! Anyhow - I'll start... Took Mrs. Dearth out for an Italian meal last night to celebrate her exam pasing - excellent food although it's not easy for me trying to eat in a foreign accent! Also - so I didn't look like a scrubber, I bought something to wear: I'm getting on now... Proof - I bought a tank top! No - I don't mean a turret (quick witted gag that - wonder when Peter Kay will steal it from me) - It's not a 'dad' one though... it's a posh un' with t-shirty bits sewn in - very smart and 'with it' - bought from 'Next'. I've gone 'peas above sticks' since I qualified... I've not bought nowt from George at Asda for ages! N. P.S. It all started when I flogged Norris' cardie-waistcoat for charity and had that there photo in the paper - smartest I'd looked for some time... although in a beardless 'Chas N' Dave' kind of way!

You should enjoy it. The biggest chunk of it is Ken Goodwin! Let us know what you think of Mike Burton. "Aaaaeeeeuuuuuuaaaeeeeuuurrrrgh" (That's his catchphrase!)

It's the 'Ken' stuff I want it for - seriously, I reckon it DOES have therapeutic value... I'll explain it more if ye want me too properly and in detail (and I am being serious). But... it's yon mon's catchphrase I want to hear, cause I don't recall it... and am intrigued! ;D N.

As I said before about Mike Burton, it's not a catchphrase as such, it's more of a grunting noise he uses as an expression. The reason it caught on with us was because we watched it together after drinking several beers, so you might not appreciate it as much as we did!

I agree... I think it's a very good DVD and I've getten it - ironic near the end when it shows him selling shoddy merchandise though - almost a ruddy prediction!
Nah... I like the show - that was him at his best, and you can't take that away!
