We had pan fried Tilapia and chips for lunch today. If you don't know what Tilapia is, it's a kind of white fish that is low in calories and not too fishy tasting. I fried the fish after filleting them, both things I have never done. I grew up watching my dad clean, fillet and fry fish at least once a week in the summer. And if I must say so myself they were delicious, but you'll have to ask Paul for an unbiased opinion.
