That's my point. Less than five seconds, and the five second rule applies, so you're good. Now, six seconds. Even five-point-five. Even five and a nanosecond - in the bin. But within five seconds - five second rule.

That explains that, then! My diet is having a couple of 'off' days.... especially since it was a mate's birthday yesterday & she bought in loads of cakes to the office

Lots of lovely un-healthy picnic-type food, like peperami's & sausage rolls

Sausages and sausages, and ,er....sausages. A few other bits and pieces but mainly sausages. My Mum cooked rather too many, but I ate them anyway. Thanks Mum.

Last night I took a walk (naturally!) to the nearest (and most expensive) supermarket with a few spare dollars. I bought some bratwurst sausage, (inspired by Mr. L's post above), potatoes, salad, and a load of chicken drumsticks. We had the Brats last night on large hot dog buns. Thanks Mum. And mums are awesome.

Had a go at making fried rice last night - as I'd cooked way too much rice the night before for a curry! It wasn't too bad if I do say so myself..... but still too much food so I've got some left over for my tea tonight.

I bought some bratwurst sausage, (inspired by Mr. L's post above), potatoes, salad, and a load of chicken drumsticks.Last night we had the chicken drumsticks with what I call greasy potatoes. Basically, chipped potatoes, seasoned with butter, pepper, garlic, and onion, and cooked in a cool-ish oven until they're soft and, well, greasy. Not good for you (we have them once in a blue moon) but they're delicious!
