I've had indigestion since Saturday and tried chewy things and chalky things with no relief. So.................... I called into the chemists on the way home and got some good old milk of magnesia. Sod the spoon, I thought, and took a swig.

Still got a bit of an ache, but I sure as hell am a lot lighter now !! ;D

You know that feeling you get when you know that if you take one step in the wrong direction, ie away from the loo, all hell will break loose in you trousers ?

Well, for no apparent reason this happened to me today. My stomach lurched and I knew Barry was going to visit. Managed to get there in time and I felt better straight away.

I can't think of anything I've eaten or drinken today, so it was a bit of a shock.
