One of my all time favourites - Old Mother Riley - Arthur Lucan - fantastic comedy actor, and the way he used to fling his arms about - pure poetry. Married to Kitty McShane who took the part of his daughter in musical hall and films - he died penniless.
Making a bit of a comeback now his films are on ebay.
Wonderful stuff!

You can get most of his films on DVD I think, not a fan myself

When you've read a few post's here you'll find out that there's some tragic things admitted to her (Mostly by me...) Check out Zygon's strange collection in the photo album...Must put some more in there...

You'd be surprised how many people take the p*ss out of me having a picture of Old Mother Riley and Arthur's autograph on the sideboard.
Perhaps I'm just too old fashioned for the young 'uns of today.
