hello my name is jimmy o'neill. im a freind of the illustrious mr baxters.

ive done a bit of stand up myself. i have supported bernard manning, but gave up stand up due to political correctness.

however recentley i have decided to take steps to return to stand up.

im wigan based, so if anyone knows anyone with a pub who fancies someone doing a free turn, just till i get establshed drop me a line.

As to the stand up thing, I've heard they do a stand-up comedy night at the 'Brinsopp Arms' in Blackrod. I think it's the 1st Thursday of every month. Not sure how you go about getting a spot though.


I heard about this from a couple of passengers I picked up the other week (I'm a Wigan taxi driver BTW!)
