Did you see the last episode of this Columbo?
I thought the W*nking scene was one of the funniest of the series! You used to be able to buy 'those pens' in Blackpool!

Yep - I watched it whilst on me hols! Brilliant stuff - "Barry off Eastenders" caught having a tug too! To be honest, I thought the Jonathan Woss bit would spoil it... as Ricky Gervais does appear to be well up his *rse when interviewed generally (so I could see the 'deliberate irony' here as could everyone - hardly feckin' subtle), but luckily it was kept to a minimum. Another good bit was seeing Robert Lyndsey telling a dying kid to f*ck off - shock value that was well done and funny! ;D N.

And of course the mention of the massive tumour - sick but funny!

Well having changed my mind slightly about this, I bought the 1st series of it for 4 quid. Just finished 'em all. Some good stuff in some episodes, especially the Patrick Stewart one, where he tells of the screenplay he's writing, in which any female character in it ends up naked!
I reckon the 2nd series was better though. There was more interaction with the guest stars rather than the odd scene or two!
Ricky Gevais is still a bit of a tw*t though! ;D

Ricky Gevais is still a bit of a tw*t though! ;D I agree - ceetainly a talented one, but WELL up his own *rse on interviews! Best of 'em though has to be 'agent' Steve Merchant - he plays a belting part in that series - more so in the second one where he gets some corking lines! So ye've seen the Patrick Stewart one now eh? "Make It So". ;D Classic! N.

I've just watched the 2nd series of this again on DVD. I enjoyed it more ths time round too. I hadn't seen the David Bowie episode though. The song he sang was top quality. Some good stuff on the 'extras' too. (that's the 'extras' on 'Extras'!)
