Like Marmite... you either love or hate Ricky Gervais. Although he does 'nowt for me' in a 'groovy kind of way' I have to say I'm a fan of his stand-up stuff and his television shows. 'Extras' particularly - loved the first series! New Series of "Extras" - BBC2, 9 p.m. Thursday. I'll be watching - will YOU? N.

Nah... they did the best thing doing a Xmas Special of the Office and then leaving it... a decent conclusion. You got to see things turn out good and it went out on a high note... I don't think they could've done more. But Extras... hmm... will it be good, or have they 'Milked It'? I hope for the former - so I'll be watching! N.

Well I watched the first episode and enjoyed it ta very much! ;D Great to see Keith Chegwin sending himself up... an addled, homophobic racist who had to have his character's name changed to 'Keith' so as to make things easier for him and prevent confusion. Orlando Bloom? Well... obviously, the token 'famous face' who didn't really add much... but was so-so. And nice to see 'Barry' off Eastenders trying to muscle in on Andy's role again thanks to Andy's slippery agent! ;D If none of this makes sense don't worry - I onderstand what I'm on about so I'm happy! I caught the repeat of this last night. The Keith Chegwin scenes weren't so bad, especially that one where he couldn't stop doing a cheesy grin! Also, his comments about who was running the BBC were amusing.
...and hasn't he gone grey!
