Used to love this! Willie Rushton doing the voices... "Berk!" "Ooh globbits! What's he a-wantin' now... the grat hairy.. cummin' yer grat nastiness!" etc. www.play.com/DVD/DVD/4-/570637/Trap_Door_Series_1_2/Product.htmlDon't think I'll be buying it... but if I saw it somewhere cheap - "I could be tempted"? Ask Zygon... that's his cousin's catchphrase - Spielberg knows him too! ;D N.

That's the one prob with being in the US - all the good telly I remember from my childhood isn't available unless you pay through the nose to get it on Region 2 DVD.
Wouldn't help though since I don't have a region 2 DVD player.
Oh, but I too used to love this as a kid. ;D

I thought multi-region players were quite cheap over there aren't they?

Yeah, the price isn't the problem, per se, it's living in a teeny tiny little town miles away from any big cities. The closest major town the size of Wigan is about 60 miles away, and the electronics shops here in town are of the kind in the big department stores, where when you ask someone "Do you have such and such?" most of the time they reply with a "Duhh...what?"
So I ain't bothered getting one yet. Might look into it though if I can convince Renee into a trip to St. Cloud one of these days.

I didn't realise you were so far from civilisation!
Although, I should've worked it out with your location description!

Hehe...it's actually not that bad, I like living in a small town. You've probably heard me complain about this elsewhere on other forums a million times, but the only real issue I have with living in Deepest Darkest Minnesota is the winter weather. Still, another four weeks at least until the snow falls.
And as for tellys, I'll have you know ours has getten Moxi. So there!
