No point sayin what my teachers nick names where cos no one will remember em I can only remember one meself!
Wot about ursels tho and nicknames? My son was called Tefal cos he has a high forehead and at the time also had very curly hair like the scientists off the advert.

Ah dear at least my lad didnt suffer alone. His hair is so curly that it only grows upwards like afro hair and he was so upset at the time, I once came home and found him with his head on the ironing board trying to iron his hair straight. Needless to say with singed scalp and burned hair he was even more a target until we managed to cut out the burnt hair and his scalp got covered over again. Daft lad.

"The storyteller" - I was alway talking and coming out with shit!
"Nipper" - I still get called that off 'Scouser' on Wigan Market when I see him!
"Chewbaxter" - still use that.
And... now this is true...
"Columbo" off the folk at work... apparently I do the 'One More Thing' trick and leave a room and re-enter... and I often have me hand on me forehead!
Spooky - "art imitating life" sort of thing!

The first job I ever had, way back in 1989, there was a little chubby lad with bright red cheeks and curly hair.
They called him 'Strawberry'
Another one at the same place was 'Ian Parlour'. I thought that was his actual real name but it wasn't.
It seemed in 1989 if you didn't have a decent pair of trainers, then your name would evolve from your cheap £1.99 pair off the market. Therefore Ian Parlour, was in fact 'Impala'! No wonder he never answered me when I said "Y'alreet Ian".
Another labelled because of his trainers was a lad called 'High Grade' & 'Adidas 4 Stripe'
