The IT Crowd is set in the offices of Reynholm Industries.
In the first ep Jen, who is hopeless with PC's, bluffs her way through an interview and Denholm, the company boss, appoints her head of the IT department as she says on her CV that she has "a lot of experience with computers" (sending email, reading emails...)
The IT dept consists of Moss and Roy - described by Denholm as "standard nerds". They quickly realize that Jen knows nothing about computers but, as they are despised by the rest of the staff, Jen takes on the role of Relationship Manager to try & improve their image.
I love this series! Written by Graham Linehan, you just know it's going to have great characters and ludicrous situations
and Richard Ayoade was born to play Moss!
My favourite eps have to be Calamity Jen (with the Stress Machine) and Aunt Irma Visits from series 1 and The Work Outing from series 2.
