Loved the series. But the movie was utterly dire. Made even worse by the cameo appearance of 'honky and nig nog' off the dreadful Love Thy Neighbour in one of the most cringeworthy scenes ever committed to film. Shat of the first order, IMHO.

I've not seen the movie of G&M since I was about 8!, So my memories of the film is a bit vague!
I nearly bought it once for a few quid in Morrisons, then came to my senses and put it back down!

Wrong film - The Love thy neighbour cameo (Playing Chess in Themes TV) is in the Man about the house film |
