I'm making this my last post now for an entire three weeks. We'll be on our way early tomorrow morning, so we've a long day ahead of us, especially when we have to put our clocks back 5 hours when we get there. A nice 29 hour day! See y'all when I get back folks. GOODBYE!

Get some photos bunged on here too! Let's see some pics, then Right, here we go then. I'm not gonna bore you with all of them though! In case you didn't know, Orlando Florida is the home of Disneyland. We weren't arsed for that this year though. The kids are getting too old now for that. Instead we went to the Universal Parks - 'Studios', 'Islands of Adventure', 'Sea World', 'Busch Gardens' & 'Wet n Wild' (water Slide place) It'll take me too long to explain everything what's at each of these, but if you're interested you can find out more by clicking the link below... On with the pics then.... Firstly, this comes in very handy to get you there.... (It's hard to notice the size of this thing. Note it has an upstairs in it! There were around 500 passengers on board) Quality Inns are everywhere. This is the one we stayed at... which is on international drive this is the busiest area and has the biggest selection of eating places which mainly consist of Burgers or Steak. Most of them are the 'all u can eat' places including this one, our local pizza place... As much pizza / pasta/ salad and sweets you can eat for around 3 quid! Drinks cost about another pound which also come with the 'free refill' option! There is also McDonalds - This one is (apparantly) the biggest in the world... English food is also available at quite an expensive price, but is a refreshing change sometimes so it's worth paying that extra few bucks... The food was good here. It's a pity about the hospitality. The owners of the place were just p*ss ignorant. It felt just like being in a proper English pub! Donuts are also an eating option... I'll do this post in two halves just in case in doesn't fit...

The first park we went to was Universal Studios. My personal Favourite. The view of Amity Island Mel's Drive in (From 'Goodfellas') The Beverly Hills set (the building on the left with the white & green canopy is the Hotel Beverly Wilshire used in 'Pretty Woman') My new car... The newest attraction which only opened in April this year was 'The Simpsons' ride... which had it's very own gift shop. We also bumped into some of the Springfield residents (who looked bigger in 'real life') The hot weather over there makes you p*ss about with wigs. Ever wondered what I'd look like with hair? The 'Islands of Adventure' theme park is a mixture of real roller coaster rides and 3d type ones. Including... Unfortunately that park was so busy that day it was too difficult to get many photos. Wet n' Wild was another where we didn't take many either. It's hard not to get the camera wet! 'Sea World' is one of those dolphin show places which is very good, but I got more on video of that. The last park we went to was 'Busch Gardens'. This is a mixture of rides and animals and I recommend this one if you like either or both. It's about an aour and half drive from where we stayed but well worth the journey... We had 14 days unlimited access to all these five parks which means you can visit them at least two times each, which is needed because you don't have time to do them all in one day. On top of all this, there was a karaoke bar across the road, which featured many (good) American singers in there. Did I have the guts to get up there and conquer America with my vocal talents? After a few beers, yes! Although nervous at first, I thought 'Balls to it' and give it everything I'd got. My 'Sweet Caroline' went down a storm with the locals there who even joined in with me on the 'Good times never seemed so good' bit! I left the stage with a very good reception from the American folks! Absolutely Super!

Excellent pics, Two Sheds! Looks like you and the family had a beltin' time!
Incidentally, the 'all-you-can-eat-buffet' concept is everywhere in the USA, including the bottomless beverage. Here in our small town in Deepest Darkest Minnesota, we have at least five all you can eat restaurants - KFC, Pizza Hut, Godfather's Pizza, Pizza Ranch (who also do chicken) and my personal favourite, China Buffet.

There was a China Buffet near where we stayed but I don't like chinese food that much to be honest. Seemed good value what I heard about it though. Here, while were on about food. What's the crack over there with 'Chicken & Biscuits'? There was a place there called 'Popeyes', which specialised in them. Also, McDonalds were advertising them on the telly as part of their breakfast menu. I saw a few pictures of them on the menus. To me, it was basically a scone with a chicken burger in the middle. Also at KFC they did a Variety Bucket which only consisted of x amount of chicken pieces + biscuits (scones) Hardly a variety or appetising. I'll stick to having my scones with either jam or butter! Hope you Brought enough Doughnuts for us all Sorry my friend but it's impossible to leave a doughnut! By The way, the ones to the bottom left of the box were Bavarian Cream ones!
