WOW! Great deal on the GameCube, DaleFan. I've had many a happy hour with a GameCube in the past. Hmm, I've got a hankering for Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes now. I might have to see what's on offer in the pawn shop.

I might have to see what's on offer in the pawn shop. Thank you. My brother was looking for one to give to us. And he mentioned it to a cousin. He had one so he sold it to me for $15 and it came with a Zelda Collectors edition game. I wanted a system so my babes and I could play. But I didn't want to buy a expensive one so I am glad this one came up. As for the washer it works good. It felt weird to hear it going last night though. For the past eight years we had to go to the laundrymat. I can't go on a washing spree though. The dryer comes next week.

More books from the boot sale. It's official ................ I now only have room for one more book until all bookcases are filled to capacity.
Must read more, as it appears that I have 142 books that I haven't actually read. Mrs L is livid. She says I should get rid of some. Philistine !!

Got me a new bluetooth transmitterrer. Now I can listen to any music from anything with an earphone socket. Not much good for using while watching films as there is a microscopic but noticeable lag on voices, but great for listening to music from PC while reading in conservatory. And only £8.99 from Amazon too.

Bought a few books for the thrift shop. Two Catherine Cookson and a autobiography of Faye Dunaway. I was trying to locate a few Victoria Holt books but no such luck.
