I just got an Iphone!!! It is the coolest piece of kit EVER. I love it. It was a combination birthday and Anniversary gift from my hubby.  In case you all don't know this Jan. 31 will be our 10th Anniversary! Remember that if people ask whether internet romances ever work out. After months of saying, "I don't want something like the iPod touch, it's too small and finicky," she's never left the iPhone alone! Apparently it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. (It is, because I have one too!) |

Not stuff I've bought, but my Christmas prezzies.
A new pair of replacement Homer Simpson slippers. I had my old ones so long I was walking through the holes in the bottom for months before I threw them out.
A custom made Arkham Asylum coffee mug, thanks to my interest n the Batman video games.
iTunes credit.
A really nice set of SkullCandy headphones
And Terminator 2 on Blu Ray.
Then a week later, unexpectedly, an iPhone as an upgrade to my iPod touch, which Kathy now has.

Not bought a 'classic' Doctor Who DVD for ages, so bought a couple cheap ones... The Dalek War box set - Frontier in Space / Planet of the Daleks  Attack of the Cybermen  Also got (as a Christmas present) Series 5 - The 1st Matt Smith series.  |

Only needed brake pads. They couldn't find anything else wrong but there's still something knocking on the passenger side front wheel. Forked out for 2 new tyres today too. Knew about that though. Wear & tear. |

It made a huge difference when it was replaced. Incidentally, the car is AWESOME! It's a 1999 Cadillac Seville STS.  Fully loaded etc etc. I have to say, it was sheer good luck how we got her, but I've become a bit of a car snob! |
