05:45 eh? Ruddy pain that... when I do 'early shifts' I start at 06:55, and as I have to travel by car, I have to be up at about 5:25! Yikes! I thought I had it bad!

After the stresses and strains of yesterday and the relief that came today, currently home alone (Renee at work) and indulging myself by watching Transformers on DVD.
Could be worse.

I caught some of Transformers at the Laundromat the other day. Looked good. I'll have to rent it.

As a kid of the 80s, it reminded me a lot of the cartoon I used to watch - sort of like a live-action update of that.

No one's done anything since me on March 2nd?
Can't have that. Let's see if I can entertain you all with snippets of my boring life.
Cleaned the bathroom Cleaned the kitchen Proofread the first four chapters of me manuscript (yay!) As a price-reducing deal, got HBO and Cinemax from the cable company (more on that in another thread - emphasis on 'more on')
Erm...that's it really. I lead a boring life - but I'm happy.

As long as your happy, that's the important bit!
How many chapters is your manuscript? Have you got lots to do yet?
What've I been up to? More of the same, really: House finally on market, so lots of cleaning etc. Work, work, work... Finally got back into my studies after a 4 month break! Visiting friends Fighting with my new PC as it seems to be on a go-slow...
Also fairly boring! Apart from the friends bit.... that's always good fun.

Apart from my usual worky bits at night, I'm still decorating our new place. Only one bedroom to do and the Hall/ Landing area, then I can hopefully get settled and chill a bit! Can't wait.

Am sat here filling up with loads of coffee because I'll be working again later - fr*ggin' great!

Hope you managed to catch some kip, Frankie.
For some reason I was wide awake at half 7 this morning..... that's not what I call a lazy Sunday!

I did belting ta! Went to bed... okay, 8:30 'til 1:30 in the afternoon, but that was okay - I slept well for the brief period given. I then went to the cinema to watch "Diary Of The Dead" - I thought it was okay... back to the traditional 'random zombie' wandering that I like in Romero's films, plus fun to see a 'character zombie' in there (the 'clown zombie') like you got in 'Dawn' and 'Day'. Okay... a bit overdone with the 'keep the camera running' thing, and typical 'God, stop whinging' horror-lead female characters, but I have to say I enjoyed this. I'll give it 7 out of10 on the 'Fishcakometer'! I then came back and took the doggies out... made a new 'Frankie Fishcake' vid and uploaded... let Tony the Gerbil out for a run... got him back in... shower, then work - which is where I am now! N.

I'll give it 7 out of10 on the 'Fishcakometer'! I think this scale should be applied to all new releases! ;D
