I agree, Mr. L, great price.
I've always been curious to read the Kenneth Williams diaries.

In a pig's ear ! A quid you say ? Blimey, that's a bargain, innit ? Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh, don't tell Mrs L, but I bought some more books. Went to the boot sale and got 4 (as good as) new James Pattersons for £2 and two of them are hardbacks. Also got 3 Tony Hancock and a Bottom videos for £1. Much rearranging of bookshelves when I got back as there was only room for one JP on his shelf. I like to keep all the sets together so had to shift some about. It's a hard life. ;D

RAC membership for my friend's birthday. Net cost only £13.50 for roadside service. Cost £34.50, used Quidco (boring and I know I keep banging on about it, but I love it ) and got £21 cashback. Got a big kiss for that. (Mrs L was there, so don't look at me like that ! ;D)

Two cases of diet soda for $1.99 each. Also the gas has gone up again to $1.05 a litre. NICE!! Not. Last month it was 82 cents a litre. So its costing more to fill up the car now than last month..

Just had to purchase a new charger for my laptop. Cost me 32 of the Queen's English pounds. I could have found something better to spend that money on. The joys of modern technology eh!
