Er (and I know this wasn't addressed to me, but...)
I suppose in the same way you make McCain Oven Chips. I mean, technically, chips are fried, right? But you make McCain ones in the oven....
Yeah, well, at least it sounds good!

I bough McCain's rise and crust pizza today. I really enjoyed it a lot. It was a lot less greasy compared to delivery. The commercials were correct for once.

Ohhhhh.
Greasy potatoes, barbecued beans, and bratwurst for supper last night.
Renee, not knowing I was making this, came home announcing she really didn't want any - she'd had lunch late at work and really wasn't hungry. She had some of the potatoes. Me, hungry and tormented by the wonderful smell coming from my kitchen all day, piled my plate high.
NEVER AGAIN! It was delicious, but ohhhhh boy. Barry and I are probably the best of friends today.

Excuse my ignorance, but how can you fry rice in the oven ? Oops..sorry just seen your post. You can't really fry rice in the oven. I don't know why the recipe is called oven fried rice since its not possible to fry it. But it turns out almost similar to fried rice on the stove top. Beets are one of my favorite vegetable. These one's though had something funky going on with them. They didn't taste right for some reason..

Had the Microwave Chicken kebabs t'other day - In and out in roughly the same shape! Too much information ! I've got one chicken, mayo and lettuce roll and one gammon ,mayo and lettuce roll. Meat leftover from last night's dinner. I have a feeling that tonight's dinner may have a chikeny/gammony theme.

Toasted bacon sarnies for breakfast. Yum ! Not quite, but close... The Downtown Diner in Alexandria, so small-town Minnesota its not funny. The waitress gave me a funny look when I ordered thusly, deciding to chance it and see if it would work: A side of bacon. 2 untoasted hamburger buns, and a slab of butter, with Heinz 57 sauce (same as HP Fruity). She gave me a look like I was nuts. I assured her that was what I wanted, and I was presented with the components for two Wigan-style bacon barmcakes. Result!
